Cancellation And Refund Policy


  1. Online Payment Orders.

    You are eligible for a refund for a cancelled order only if the vendor has not yet accepted your order. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been accepted by the vendor, no refunds will be issued, either in full or partially, and you will forfeit the delivery of your cancelled order.

  2. Cash-on-Delivery Orders.

    You can cancel your order only if the vendor has not yet accepted it. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been accepted by the vendor, you will forfeit the delivery of your cancelled order, and the cash-on-delivery option may be removed from your available payment methods for future orders.

  3. Refund Entitlement.

    If you are entitled to a refund according to the policies outlined in these terms:

    • For purchases made using credit cards, debit cards, or cash-on-delivery methods, refunds will be issued to your Snack Out wallet by default. Such refunds will be processed in accordance with our payment account terms and conditions.
    • You acknowledge that any attempt to cancel an order after it has been placed, due to reasons not attributable to Snack Out (such as providing incorrect details, being unresponsive, or unavailable), will be considered a breach of your authorization given to Snack Out to place the order on your behalf. In such cases, you will be liable to pay damages equivalent to the order value. Snack Out reserves the right to deduct this amount from your next order or through other means as deemed appropriate.
    • In cases where Snack Out is unable to accept or has to cancel your order due to technical errors, unavailability of the ordered items, or other reasons attributable to Snack Out, the vendor, or the delivery partner, no cancellation charges will be imposed on you. If the order is cancelled after payment has been processed and you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be reversed to you.
    • Replacements, refunds, or other resolutions will not be provided without the vendor's permission.
    • For any complaints regarding the order, such as food spillage, foreign objects in food, incorrect orders, or poor quality, you must provide proof before any resolution can be offered.
    • No refunds will be given for instructions placed with the order that are not followed exactly as intended. Instructions are followed by the vendor on a best-effort basis.
